Delivery Policy
1. Delivery notifications
All items are delivered from our UK warehouse. After you have placed your order through our website and your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the address you have specified. This email contains the delivery confirmation to the address used during checkout and a tracking number (if applicable) so you can check where your parcel is.
2. Delivery timescales
2.1 UK delivery timescales
The estimated delivery timescale for UK Mainland orders is between 3 to 5 working days. If your order has been placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day.
2.2 International delivery timescales
The estimated delivery timescale for all international orders is between 5 to 15 working days.
3. Delivery services
We use Royal Mail for all domestic and international orders.
4. Delivery prices
4.1 UK Mainland delivery
Standard UK (3-5 days) – £1.55 (free for orders over £20)
4.2 International delivery*
International Standard: the exact cost will be shown at checkout.

5. Lost parcels
On very rare occasions parcels can get lost during transit. This is totally random and out of our control. If more than 20 working days have passed since the dispatch date, a parcel will be considered lost during transit. We will file a case with our delivery partner to try and locate the parcel. This process can take up to 2 weeks and once our delivery partner has confirmed the parcel is lost, we will then offer a full refund or send a replacement.
5. Customs fees
Please note that all extra charges, such as import fees and VAT are set by each country, and we have no control over these fees. Depending on the value of your order, you may be asked to pay a custom fee before your parcel is delivered. Please check your local customs information to find out more about import fees.
