   All EU orders received on our website are bundled into a single package and sent to our delivery partner’s hub in the Czech Republic. From there, the package is forwarded to a courier in your country, who will then deliver it directly to your door or parcel box.

4. Will I be paying any import tax?
   No, you will not be paying any import tax! As your order is shipped from our EU hub, and goods travel freely within the European Union, there are no import taxes. The package will be delivered directly to your door or parcel box.
5. Can you send my package to a parcel box?
   Yes, we can send your parcel to a parcel box near you. If our delivery partner offers this option, you will be able to select a parcel box or delivery point during checkout.
6. Do you offer tracking numbers for EU orders?
   Yes, all EU orders are sent with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package all the way to your door.
7. Where should I return my order if I am in the EU?
   We have a dedicated return address for EU orders. Please contact us to inform us about your return, and we will provide you with the EU returns address.
